“Don’t hunch over the keyboard like that, you’ll end up all stooped when you get old.”

“Yeah, yeah, and don’t scowl or your face will freeze like that.  What other old wives’ tales are you going to quote that my mother used to use?”

“Well, I do know that whatever face you make all of the time, that’s where the wrinkles usually fall, so maybe that is a form of your face freezing that way.”

“Anything else?”

“Well I also have a hunch that the old wives wouldn’t appreciate you making fun of their tales!”

Linking up with Denise at Girlie On The Edge Blog, where she hosts Six Sentence Stories, and the cue is Hunch.

Gosia at Looking for Identity has taken over Good Fences, and it's now Good Fences Around The World.  Post a picture of a fence or gate, link back to her blog, and go visit other blogs to see what interesting fences there are out in this big world.

These fence photos were taken by Sweetie!  He made Brother-in-Law pull over so he could take the photos, then sent them to me saying that he knew how much i like nice fence photos, so he wanted to get this for me.

It's Angel Sammy's Poetry Day!  This week's image and my poem:

A smell so good
It tickles my nose,
A taste so good
It curls my toes!
I want it all
And I ain’t lying,
I’ll eat it all
Or keep on trying!

Brian of Brian's Home hosts the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.   It's time to share something for which i am thankful.

Today i am thankful that Ms. G, my Wednesday lady, gave me a face shield to wear, so no more masks.  It is much easier to use, and makes work easier (no more mask bunching up or elastic hurting my ears), and i just like it better.
