Feline Friday was started by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
He has handed hosting duties off to Sandee, of Comedy Plus, and it's simple to join, just follow the link to Sandee's page for the rules and the code.

EnigmaSissyCat let me know that i've been posting too many shelter kitten photos on Feline Friday and not enough of our own grown-up cats.  Then she wouldn't look at the camera!

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by Lorianne The Menagerie Mom of Four-Legged Furballs. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

Here are this week's statements with my responses underlined:

1. I wish I had been alive during ___________________________.

2. My favorite way to have apples is ______________________.

3. I was sad to find out that _________.

4. _________ isn’t rocket science.

1. I wish I had been alive during   the time when modern indoor plumbing was starting to become standard.  Just modern enough times that i wouldn't be stuck using an outhouse (like just about any other time in history), but none of the current worries we have that are totally peculiar to our age.

2. My favorite way to have apples is   fresh off the tree

3. I was sad to find out that   not everyone is a nice person.  Some of the children in kindergarten were not nice, and i could not understand why.

4. Cleaning toilets  isn’t rocket science.  There is an art to it, though.  Not a delicate art, but an art nonetheless.
