S is for my children's favorite supper
P is pasta shapes that we adore
A means it's always reliable
G is good and fills teens up for sure
H is handy always in the pantry
E for easy even when you're poor
T terrific time and time again
T for tasty, everyone wants more
I is incredible invention
Put it all together, it's SPAGHETTI,
The meal that gets everyone in the door!
It's not a perfect rhyme scheme, but it's what i got right now, and as noted below, today Is National Spaghetti Day! Go boil some pasta, simmer some tomatoes and garlic and other goodness together and have a great meal tonight.
