It's time once again for a random and happy Tuesday, linking up with Stacy's Random Thoughts at Stacy Uncorked and Sandee at Comedy Plus.

Sometimes i wonder about what it must have been like to parent Carl, that would have been going uphill both ways. It really still is, to an extent.
Yesterday, he talked about going to the fair at the library this weekend. It was a "maker fair," with artisans and crafters teaching their techniques to all comers.
He said it was fun, but he only got to try three different things. Knowing him, he wanted to try to do every single one. He has ambition.
His ambition leads him to try more than he can handle, like the laundry. His mother says he does laundry daily, but when i come, everything is dirty.
He did better this week, the clothes in the dryer were really dry and he only left two items in the washer. As for next week, who knows?
It's still not sinking in that you cannot get stains out of carpet and car upholstery with laundry stain remover spray. The bottle was in the car again.
He was again trying to rub anti itch cream on his socks when i caught him, suggesting it go under the sock where it would do some good.
Of course, he complied right then. Tomorrow, he'll forget and do it the other way again. Most of his creams and lotions must work by the placebo effect.
Last Thursday, when i was cleaning the rest of the house, he had clean clothes in the dryer i had to remove to do laundry for his parents.
They want him to tidy and clean after himself as much as possible, so on Thursdays i'm not supposed to do things in his part of the house.
Instead of hanging those clothes, i laid them neatly over the back of a chair so he could put them away himself. That's where i found them yesterday.
Some things will never change, like his pulling out clean clothes and setting them right where they'll get dirty again. On his kitchen counter is a good example.
