A Sleepy Ten Things of Thankful

 ***********************************

It's been a long week and it's a tired Thankful Day, as i haven't had much sleep.

I'm thankful for the sleep I've gotten.

A good friend of Uncle P came by to visit last Saturday, Grandma and I were very thankful to see her.

Our church had a most beautiful Palm Sunday service.  Becca and i were thankful to have a few minutes with Amos, the donkey that takes part in our procession some years (other years, it's one of his friends).

We were thankful there was a fun picnic after, too.

Monday i was thankful to get home before the heavy windstorm started.

Ms. A, Becca's mom, had extra meetings this week, and Holy Week is busy for everyone who works at the church, including her father, Mr. J.  I was thankful to be able to stay with her both Tuesday night and Thursday night, during the Maundy Thursday service.

All of us are thankful Ms. A's meetings for work resulted in a positive thing for her workplace, a type of accreditation they'd been seeking.

Wednesday afternoon, Ms. G had to get ready for meetings, so i was thankful to get home early and catch a catnap.

Sweetie and Brother-in-Law, thankfully, got out of town just as planned, and got back early, and had a good visit with family.

They were also thankful to come back with pictures and memorabilia from the family.

Our Friday morning prayer group does not meet at the church on Good Friday, we meet at Ms. GA and Mr. BA's house, and we were thankful to them as usual for hosting.

Ms. GA did a lot of vegan cooking this week and sent me home with some after i'd done the cleaning.

The cat shelter is about empty right now, but the foster homes are full of kittens.  We're thankful for the break.

Please write up your own list and link up to Ten Things of Thankful, where Dyanne and her co-hosts always have a warm welcome waiting.
