It's time once again for a random and happy Tuesday, linking up with Stacy's Random Thoughts at Stacy Uncorked and Sandee at Comedy Plus.
Carl gave me a run for the money yesterday.
His work hours have been changed for the summer, he has to be at work at 7am instead of 9am. That means i get there at 6am to make sure he has packed his cold vest, extra ice packs, water, tea, and snacks. Yes, that's for a 4 hour shift.
Have i mentioned the saga of the hangers? Somehow i think i haven't.
There's a bit of a situation with clothes hangers in that house. Carl's mom, Ms. V, will buy him new shirts or shorts for work, and he will run short of hangers. She then says, "Just tell me if you need more hangers, we've got plenty!"
When i do tell her he needs more, she brings some from the other closets in the house. Then a couple of weeks later she will start asking if Carl has more than he needs, as she is running short elsewhere.
Eventually, she will come in and take any extra hangers out of his closet between my visits, and the whole saga of not having enough for Carl starts over again.
If i mention buying more hangers, i am told, "But we have plenty!"
Yes, i laugh, people are funny.
